My name is Petra. I come from Prague, yet have been living in Switzerland, Zurich area for the past 19 years.
My journey to breathwork started back in 2018, when not knowing anything about it, I took my first 1-1 rebirthing session in Prague. Ever since then I kept coming back to breath and different modalities of it - pranayama, rebirthing, shamanic breath, conscious connected breath.
In 2023 I decided to do 1 year training and become certified CCB (Conscious Connected Breath) practitioner.
During my work (group and 1-1) I connect breath with Reiki, energy work and sound healing. In my 1-1 sessions I deepen the work and guide and coach people through breath and different techniques into finding answers to the unknown, facing their fears, feelings of not being good enough, and lost.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
It is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses.
It is an experiential field of study and practice that uses conscious connected breathing and body-mind techniques to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being.
This 1,5 hrs breathwork will be ecompanied with music.
What to bring:
