Whether a cancellation is possible depends on whether you took out ticket insurance when making your purchase. Below, you'll find guidance for each case – with insurance, without insurance, or if you're unsure.
If you purchased ticket insurance and need to file a claim, you can do so easily online:

In principle, tickets cannot be returned, as the purchase contract exists directly between you and the event organiser.
