Is the personalisation data listed in the buyer details?

Yes, all data that you additionally request via personalisation fields is also listed in the buyer details that you can export. An extra field is added to the Excel document for each personalisation field. We explain how you can add personalisation fields and which field variants are available in the help section under «Create tickets» in the «Personalisation» section.
