Which smartphones work?
Practically any modern device: iPhone XS and newer (iOS 16+) and Android smartphones with NFC from Android 9 onwards. The app uses your phone’s NFC interface as a card reader – Tap to Pay, with no additional device.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Everything your guests have with them: TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless bank cards from all major providers and cash.
How secure is the solution?
Eventfrog Cashless is PCI DSS compliant and uses certified payment service providers. Card data is never stored on the smartphone at any time. All connections are end-to-end encrypted.
Can my whole team take payments at the same time?
Yes, as many as you like. Helpers connect their smartphone to your cash desk via QR code and can start right away. More stations, shorter queues, happier guests.
