Which incidents are covered by the ticket insurance?
Ticket insurance allows you to claim a refund for your ticket in the following cases:
Health-related reasons

- Cancellation or delay of public transport (e.g. due to technical problems)
- Breakdown or accident with your private vehicle
Scheduling conflict due to event rescheduling
If your event is postponed and you are unable to attend on the new date, for example due to:

- Pre-booked holidays
