How do I take out ticket insurance?

When purchasing your ticket, insurance is automatically selected (this is shown in the second step of the checkout process). The insurance is, of course, optional. You can remove it by clicking «Remove insurance. If you’ve selected multiple tickets, you can choose to insure only specific ones or remove the insurance entirely.

The insurance premium depends on the ticket price. Tickets priced over CHF 500 are not eligible for insurance.
