You don't need a profile to use the Eventfrog app and search for events.

You have numerous advantages with a profile:

Your profile allows you to display events based on your interests. You can select your favourite categories, favourite events and enter your place of residence. This gives you a customised view so you never miss any events again.

Why do I need to provide an e-mail address?

If you would like to register, we need your e-mail address for the first login. This will then become your username.

In addition, we can send you your purchase confirmation when you buy a ticket and save your purchased ticket in your account.

This means you can access your tickets at any time using your e-mail address. Even if you have forgotten your password, we can send you a new one to your e-mail address. This guarantees that you will never again stand in front of the event entrance without a ticket.
