taZ - Curtain Up! Tanz Akademie Zürich, ZHdK

Die jährlichen Sommervorstellungen sind ein Höhepunkt des Schuljahres aller Schülerinnen und Schüler der Tanz Akademie Zürich. Mit Dynamik und Leidenschaft präsentieren sie klassische und zeitgenössische Stücke am 29. und 30. Juni 2024 im Kurtheater Baden und am 6. Juli 2024 im Opernhaus Zürich.
Zu sehen sein werden Ausschnitte aus den Balletten «A Folk Tale» von August Bournonville und «Scotch Symphony» von George Balanchine, sowie fünf zeitgenössische Werke, kreiert von den international-renommierten Choreograf:innen Altea Nunez, Ihsan Rustem, Brian Scalini, Neel Verdoorn und Roberta Martins. Präsentiert wird ausserdem ein Pas de deux aus "Hamlet" von der Direktorin des Zürich Ballett, Cathy Marston.
The annual summer performances are a highlight of the school year for all students at the Zurich Dance Academy. They will perform a varied and ambitious programme showcasing classical and contemporary works, on 29 and 30 June 2024 at the Kurtheater Baden and on 6 July 2024 at the Zurich Opera House.
