Discover how dancing and kickboxing bring your body and mind into the present moment, boosting mental and physical energy by focusing on yourself. In this workshop, we will invite movement and life to every cell of your body. Awaken your senses through creative tasks and playful challenges, experiencing pleasure and freedom by activating your body in new and unfamiliar ways.

The workshop is divided into 2 sections on each day:
The GAGA/ PEOPLE CLASS
offers you a creative framework to connect to your body and imagination, increase your physical awareness, improve your flexibility and stamina, and experience the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere. You will be guided by using a series of evocative instructions that build one on top of the other.
During the KICKBOXING CLASS
you will learn and practice basic Kickboxing techniques, train your coordination, your flexibility and endurance while moving your entire body. As well here you will be guided by instructions that build up on one another.

// WHO CAN JOIN //
Open to ages 16+, no prior dance or kickboxing experience needed. Experienced participants are also welcome!
Feel free to wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to dance and kickbox barefoot or in socks. It is advisable to provide water and snacks and a towel for use after class.

// TRAINERS //
Gosia Mielech is a versatile artist, excelling as a dancer, choreographer, and Gaga teacher. A graduate of the Ballet School in Poznan, Poland, and former soloist with the Polish Dance Theatre, she has worked with renowned figures like Ohad Naharin. Gosia has received awards including an artistic scholarship from the Ministry of Art and Cultural Heritage and the Emerging Artist Award in Poland.
Natalia Blank is a two-time German Kickboxing Champion and experienced coach. She founded BOX & GROW®, which combines kickboxing with coaching to boost mental health and resilience. She works with organizations like Boston Consulting Group and Roche Diagnostics, and developed the F.A.C.E. Boxworkout with Klitschko Ventures.
