Breathwork and Sound Healing

Join us for transformational breathwork journey, guided by your own breath and David's mesmerising soundscapes!

Petra and Simone will guide you to experience a deeper connection to your body, access the subconscious and transcendental states through conscious, connected breathing. Your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. Breathwork leads to improved physical and mental health, connects us to our inner wisdom and expands our consciousness.

Previous experience is not necessary; you will be guided throughout the session. Come curious, open minded and exactly as you are!

PLEASE BRING: comfortable loose clothes in which you can breathe freely, and a water bottle. Optional: eye mask, your own yoga mat & blanket, journal, anything else you wish to have with you.

It is best to breathe on an empty, but not grumbling stomach. 
Please arrive 10 min. before start! 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The conscious, connected breath is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or living with heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detatchment, high blood pressure, thyroid condition, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes, or brain or abdominal aneurysm (without the consent of a liscensed medical professional). If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler along.

By registering to the event and purchasing a ticket I  confirm that I have been informed about the contraindications and don't have any, or have my condition well controlled and obtained medical permission to undertake breathwork.

PETRA PEYER is a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, music alchemist, Reiki practitioner and transformational guide. Petra's embodied reclaimed wisdom is rooted in her unique life journey of awakening and empowerment, which has profoundly shaped her perspectives on life, purpose, inner-strength, and freedom. She is therefore especially motivated and inspired to support people in their journey of self-discovery and empowerment using the breath, inner child work, energy work, and shamanic wisdom. IG: @breathofmylife_

SIMONE BÖSCH  is a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath, Yin Breathwork), working with both groups and individuals, online and in person. In addition to various breathing techniques, she also uses voice and sound healing, massage and therapeutic touch to improve breathing technique and support emotional processes, visualizations, TRE (Trauma &  Tension Releasing Exercises), meditation and Authentic Relating in her sessions. IG: @anam.breath
