How do I postpone an event with a «money-back guarantee»?

Events with a «money-back guarantee» cannot be postponed automatically if the «money-back guarantee» is active. This certificate excludes the postponement of the event and assures your ticket buyers that they will get their ticket price back in any case. If you want to postpone an event with a «money-back guarantee», proceed as follows:

1. Copy the event you want to move.
2. Adjust the start date before you publish it.
3. Publish the event.
4. Now you can cancel the event with a «money-back guarantee».
5. When cancelling, you can send a message to your ticket buyers by filling in the  «Reason for cancellation»  message field.Here you can refer to the postponement and the newly created event. If you have published the event (as described), you can also copy in the link to the event here.
6. When the event is cancelled, your ticket buyers will receive an email informing them that the event has been cancelled. This information also includes the message in which you have referred to your new or postponed event.
