This workshop series will help you regain control of your job search and move beyond traditional job applications to land roles that match your mission, your value, and your level.
Co-facilitated by Dr. Stefanie Zechner, Executive Search Leader, Career Whisperer & Founder of nextImpact, and a team of accomplished industry leaders, each session brings strategic insights, practical tools, and a sense of community. All facilitators have transitioned successfully through career pivots—and now help others do the same.
Each workshop includes a 2.5-hour in-person group training followed by a 60-minute 1:1 career advisory session to make the strategies your own, and "bring the rubber on the road".
To foster a safe, interactive learning environment, where every participant gets personal attention and achieves their learning goals, each in-person workshop is limited to 6-12 participants.
