WHAT: ESN intersection ski weekend 🎿❄️☃️

WHEN: 14th to 16th of March 2025

• Departure : Friday afternoon at 17h  from Cornavin train station.
• Arrival : Sunday evening at around 21h at Cornavin train station.

WHERE: Thyon-Les Collons, 1988 Vex, Switzerland 📍

PRICE: 150 CHF (includes: transport + 2 nights hostel (breakfast + dinner) + 2 day ski pass) 

Hi everyone ! 🔥

Some of you dreamed about it, others heard some legends and here it is : The ESN intersection ski weekend with ESN EPFL and ESN UNIL sections ! It will take place in Thyon and we’ll be sharing the chalet with them, making it a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and enjoy the weekend together!

Here’s a little preview of what’s waiting for you:

We will stay for 2 nights and 2 full days in the 4 Vallées domain with its 44 lifts and 220 km of slopes 🔥🎿🏔❄️, enjoy real Après-Ski 🎶 and a party on Saturday night ! 🔊

Prgoramm : 

•  Friday evening: We’ll leave Geneva by train at 5p.m and start off gently with a chill and relaxed evening. A quiet moment to rest and get to know each other, so you’ll be in top shape for a full day on the slopes!
• Saturday: After a great day skiing in the 4 Vallées, we’ll enjoy an after-ski on the slopes, a perfect way to relax in a fun atmosphere. Back at the chalet, we’ll have a nice dinner before kicking off the evening! We’ll start with a games night at the chalet, a fun warm-up, and then we’ll head out to a bar to party until the end of the night!
• Sunday: We’ll hit the slopes once again for a final day of skiing in the 4 Vallées, the perfect chance to make the most of the mountains before heading back home and arrive at ~9p.m.

Details about the ski resort, transportation, and more will be shared once your spot is paid for.

THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS LIMITED TO 40 ! 🔥 We will be 120 peple in total !

NB :

• If you need to rent some ski / snowboard equipment, we have negotiated the rental there for you: 70 CHF for the weekend. 🎉 (to be paid direclty to the rental shop). Otherwise feel free to rent somewhere else and bring your own.
• ⚠️We do NOT provide any lessons⚠️ If you want, you can contact the local SKI / SNOWBOARD school

Base price incluse :

• Transportation to go back and forth form Geneva
• 2 night at the accomodation with Breakfast and Dinner
• 2 day ski pass for the Printse region (4 vallées domain except Verbier)

Price with | without ESN card:

• Erasmus : CHF 150 | 160

which means that you HAVE TO TAKE CARE of :

• your ski / snowbard equipement
• lyour unchs
• your drinks
• bring your sleeping bag

IMPORTANT INFO :

• Once you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation by email in the following days with additional info (Telegram chat, Survival guide, ...
• You MUST have filled the form before paying for the event !

Ticket Resale Policy – ESN Geneva

Effective Date: November 6, 2024

    1.    Prohibition of Profit-Based Ticket Resale

Reselling tickets for a profit is strictly FORBIDDEN. If tickets are resold, the resale price must not exceed the original purchase price.  

2.    Penalties for Non-Compliance

Any violation of this rule may result in exclusion from future ESN Geneva events. This measure is in place to maintain our association’s inclusive and non-profit spirit.
