The Age of Aquarius emphasizes the transformative nature of this era and encourages individuals to embrace change and use their unique strengths to create a brighter future. The Age of Aquarius is seen as a call to action, promoting unity, harmony, and innovation.

The Snake is a symbol of healing, acknowledged even in the symbology of modern medicine. Through the shedding of the skin, this master of death and rebirth models to us the importance and the reward of surrender and of releasing all attachments. It symbolizes and offers profound healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

9 is a time of culmination and completion. It is a period to reflect on the achievements and lessons of the past nine years. During this time, we may find ourselves tying up loose ends, finishing projects, and letting go of anything that no longer serves our growth.

A year full of releasing and healing, further transformations, actions, harmony, awakening and growth. 

Embodying all there is through the breath and into our body, will be very important, more than ever before!

A transformational breathwork journey, guided by your own breath, connecting to higher self and the power of your uniqueness!

We will work with the power of the Air element, the new moon and it's darkness, oppoortunity for transformation and the wonderful year of wooden snake. 

What a powerful time on Earth! 

Petra will guide you to experience a deeper connection to your body, access the subconscious and transcendental states through conscious, connected breathing. Your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. Breathwork leads to improved physical and mental health, connects us to our inner wisdom and expands our consciousness.

Previous experience is not necessary; all necessary information will be shared before the start and you will be guided throughout the session. Come curious, open minded and exactly as you are!

PLEASE BRING: comfortable loose clothes in which you can move and breathe freely, water bottle

Optional: eye mask, your own yoga mat & blanket, journal, anything else you wish to have with you (photo, crystal, intension).

It is best to breathe on an empty, but not grumbling stomach. 
 

Please arrive 5 - 10 min. before start! 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The conscious, connected breath is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or living with heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment, high blood pressure, thyroid condition, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes, or brain or abdominal aneurysm (without the consent of a liscensed medical professional). If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler along.

By registering to the event and purchasing a ticket I  confirm that I have been informed about the contraindications and don't have any, or have my condition well controlled and obtained medical permission to undertake breathwork.
