What is the Mother Wound?
The Mother Wound is the emotional pain, beliefs, and patterns we carry from a strained or unfulfilled relationship with our mother or mother figure. It can show up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, shame, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling “not enough”—even as adults. These wounds often run deep, rooted in generational trauma, cultural conditioning, and unmet childhood needs.
Healing the Mother Wound is not about blaming—it’s about understanding, grieving, and reclaiming your voice, worth, and inner power.
As a certified trauma-informed coach and Mother Wound survivor, I created this morning circle to offer a safe space for women to connect, share, and heal together.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry this pain by yourself anymore.
Join us every last Friday of the month, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, starting 30 August.
