Join us for a deeply nourishing evening designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and restore your nervous system.
We’ll begin with gentle stretching and mobility exercises to release physical tension, open up the body, and prepare for stillness. This opening practice will help you connect with your breath and body, creating space and softness within.
Then, we’ll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra session — also known as “yogic sleep.” This is a deeply restorative, meditative practice done entirely lying down. Through guided body scans, breath awareness, and visualization, Yoga Nidra brings you into a state between waking and sleeping, where deep healing and rest can occur. It’s an excellent tool for stress relief, emotional balance, and nervous system reset.
No prior experience is necessary — just bring comfortable clothes and an open heart.
