Saturday Yoga Workshop Series at CAP Creative Arts Project
4 October – Gratitude & Goals
As we transition into autumn, this workshop offers a space to pause, appreciate what has been, and clarify what’s ahead. Through grounding and steady movement, we’ll embody the energy of gratitude and intentional direction. The practice will begin with a gratitude meditation, followed by a grounding flow with focus on balance, stability, and strength. We'll then move into breath-led goal visualisation, yin yoga to integrate our reflections, and close with a candle-lit intention ritual to carry forward.
Join us for a series of immersive Saturday yoga workshops designed to refine your practice, deepen your body awareness, and bring more ease into your movements. Each session will focus on a unique theme, allowing you to explore different aspects of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you’re looking to release tension, improve your balance, or find a more fluid practice, these workshops will offer the space and guidance to support your journey. After each session, you’re invited to stay for an optional tea or coffee, a moment to unwind, connect with like-minded yogis, and carry the sense of presence from your mat into your weekend.
