Make space within yourself with Conscious Connected Breathing
This is a group breathwork session. Come as you are, leave more fulfilled. We will breathe for roughly 45 minutes with a chance to share about our experience after. You may find more clarity and direction, trapped emotions released, movement in the body of stress and tension, and find an overall sense of peace and ease.
- Do not eat at least 1-2 hour before
- Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on
- If you would like bring a small blanket or scarf
- Breathwork instruction will be in simple English
