Auf unserem Weg durchs Kloster schlagen wir die Brücke vom früher hier wohnhaften Kapuzinerorden bis zum heutigen Kompetenzzentrum für Kulinarik im Alpenraum. Wir erzählen die Geschichte des Kapuzinerordens und der Bedeutung für die Region über die Zeit und zeigen Ihnen vom Alpsbrinzkeller bis zum Estrich, mit einem kurzen Abstecher in die Essbare Landschaft, was aus dem Kloster geworden ist. Eine kurzweilige Stunde durch die Jahrhunderte.
