Welcome to VOLTA Kammermusikfest 2025! This year’s motto, Wendepunkte (inflection points), grows directly from the meaning of volta: a turn, a moment of transformation. Our programmes celebrate the great masterpieces of the chamber music tradition and place them alongside works by today’s composers, presenting the repertoire in a way that feels fresh, innovative, and connected to our time. There is something for everyone here, with music ranging from Mozart, to Steve Reich, Korngold, Mendelssohn, Schoenberg and beyond. Please join us for what promises to be 4 evenings of incredible chamber music!
