REGISTRATION: Will be open from Friday the 9th of May at 18:00 am.
WHEN: Friday the 16th of May 2025 at 18:30. Please arrive no later than 20:00 so that we can have dinner together.
WHERE: Frohbergweg 4, Bern 3012. (Arrive at the entrance and text or call on Telegram/Whatsapp to open door)
PRICE: 5 CHF. Tickets include snacks and drinks.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Each one has to bring cooked food that is enough for 4 – 5 people.

Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. You agree to allow ESN Bern to publish, copyright, and use pictures of yourself in print and electronic formats such as social media channels, publications, videos, and websites. You understand that you will not receive payment or other compensation for that. If you do not wish your pictures to be taken or published by ESN Bern - it is your responsibility to opt out and consequently inform the responsible event organisers before the event starts. Participating to the ESN Bern events you agree to behave accordingly to the ESN Switzerland Code of Conduct.
Refund policy
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden. Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
