What is the Express Checkout?
The «Express Checkout» allows ticket buyers to purchase tickets quickly and easily using only their email address. Neither name nor address is required, which speeds up the purchasing process and reduces waiting times. This also helps to streamline entry at the event.
How can I activate the Express Checkout?
The «Express Checkout» is activated by default and is automatically enabled 3 hours before the event begins. However, you can switch it on or off for each event at any time.
To do so, open your event, go to «Sales» and then to «Sales start, stop, cancellation», where you can choose from the following options:
- Always activated: The feature is available at all times.
- Activated from x hours before the event starts: The feature becomes available a set number of hours before the event begins.
- Deactivated: The feature is switched off.
