Can I cancel my ticket?

If a cancellation is possible depends on whether you took out TicketPlan ticket insurance at the time of purchase. Below, you'll find guidance for each case – with insurance, without insurance, or if you're unsure.

With ticket insurance

Without ticket insurance

Tickets for events are generally non-refundable. The purchase agreement is made directly between you and the event organiser. If you would still like to contact the event organiser, you can do so via Questions about the event or to the event organiser?

I don't know if I have taken out ticket insurance

Check your order confirmation: if you took out insurance, it will be listed as a separate item. You’ll also find a separate insurance document attached to your confirmation email.
