What does the order confirmation look like?
Once you've completed the purchase process, you'll receive your order confirmation by email. It contains all the tickets from your order, the details of your order and helpful links.
At the very top: Thank you for your order
In the top section, you'll see your order number and the order date. Using the green «Open tickets in the app» button, you can access your tickets directly in the Eventfrog app – provided you've already downloaded it.
Managing your tickets in the app is an easy way to save paper. The Eventfrog app is free of charge.
Your tickets
Below that, under «Your tickets», you'll find the name and details of the event. Using «Save to calendar», you can add the date directly to your calendar.
If there's an order message, it will be shown above the tickets.
What's on a ticket?
Each ticket is displayed as its own card. On it you'll find:
- the QR code for admission control and the ticket ID
- the ticket category (e.g. standing or seating with row and seat) as well as any personalisations
- the «Add to Apple Wallet» and «Add to Google Wallet» buttons
- the «View as PDF» link, to print or download the ticket
Special notices on your tickets
Depending on the event and ticket type, additional information may appear:
- Flex ticket: cancellable until the specified time – via «Cancel ticket».
- Insured ticket: marked with the note «Ticket is insured».
- Streaming pass: with the «Go to live stream» button; the link is activated 15 minutes before the event starts.
- Discount code: a code provided by the event organiser, including a description.
At the very bottom, you can download all tickets at once using «All as PDF».
Details of your order
In the following section, you'll find all the details of your order. In the table under «Item», the tickets are listed with their individual price.
Below that, you'll see (if applicable) VAT, service costs, any ticket insurance as well as the total.
Please note: If you pay by prepayment, a notice appears at the top stating that the ticket only becomes valid once payment has been made on time.

Next come your contact details under «Ticket buyer's details», the selected payment method and the ticket delivery method.
