What ticket delivery options are there?
You always receive your ticket digitally. If you order as a guest, you’ll find the ticket link in your order confirmation. If you ordered with an Eventfrog account, you can also download your ticket under ‘My tickets’ or open it in the app.
If your home address is in Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein, the EU or the UK, you can also have your tickets sent to you by post as a simple PDF printout.
Delivery by post usually takes 3 to 10 days. It can only be selected if the event is far enough in the future.
