5 mornings of Yoga for adults in the beautiful Orangerie of the Schwarzpark. A gentle yet energizing Vinyasa Yoga practice open to all levels with Noémie.

5 mornings of Kids Yoga (ages 5-10 recommended) in the Yoga Studio with Margherita. They explore Yoga through fun, mindful activities, conscious breathing, storytelling, crafting and colouring activities.
