Bikram Yoga Workshop
This classroom-style 26&2 Bikram yoga workshop at Hot Yoga Munich is designed for beginners to intermediate students who want a clearer understanding of the Bikram Method. In a non-heated setting, we’ll take time to look at postures in more detail, explore simple modifications and adjustments, and cover basic principles that can support a stronger, steadier practice. The focus is practical and approachable, with space to ask questions, clarify misconceptions, and talk through common challenges. You’ll leave with useful information you can apply right away in class.

About Oleg
Oleg began his journey with hot yoga as a teenager, and since 2013 has taught in nearly 50 studios across the world. Along the way, he has led classes, workshops, retreats, and trainings, while continuing to learn through other yoga certifications and experiences. Teaching students from many different cultures, ages, body types, and backgrounds has been one of the most meaningful parts of this work. It has given him a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for the many questions people bring to the practice. Oleg teaches in a clear, practical way that helps students feel supported and confident in their practice. He looks forward to sharing this work and continuing to learn together.
