Join Us in Celebrating the Autumn Equinox
We are thrilled to reunite with our beloved Zurich community, this time to honor the turning of the seasons with a special autumn equinox celebration.
We invite you on a profound journey—a blend of ancestral cacao traditions, breathwork, and live music.

The breathwork will be a unique journey inward. You will learn the three core pranayama-adapted breath sequences, our signature breath and mind navigation system and learn how to navigate intermittent hypoxia, a safe, momentary elevation of CO₂ in the body.

This evening will culminate in an ecstatic dance, where movement becomes a sacred expression of the soul.

What to Expect on This 4-Hour Journey:
✧ Cacao Ceremony with Jkson, featuring sacred Peruvian cacao by Mama Cacao.
✧ Breathwork with Rodo, we will introduce you to Alchemy’s unique lotus flower elixir that supports a smooth and progressive journey into altered mental states and potentially experiencing our own natural production of endogenous DMT. To reintegrate on energetic, sensory, and subconscious levels.
✧ Live Ecstatic Dance led by Jkson and Supported by Facu in the percussion, taking you deeper into your body and spirit.
✧ Sharing Circle to close the evening with reflection and connection.

• Doors Open: 17:00
• Ceremony Begins: 17:30 (Please arrive by 17:20 to settle in.)

What to Bring:
✧ A water bottle to stay hydrated
✧ An offering for the cacao spirits (flowers, tobacco, nuts, seeds, fruits)
✧ A blindfold or something to cover your eyes
✧ We suggest fasting for at least two hours before the ceremony.

About the Facilitators:
Rodo discovered the transformative power of breathwork through the teachings of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, founder of Naam Yoga. Over 15 years, he mastered meditation and breath techniques to achieve mental balance, guiding others through altered states of awareness and fostering mind-heart coherence.
