How it flows

Nothing rigid. We listen closely and follow what the group needs. The mix of breathwork, sound, connection exercises, or meditation emerges intuitively in the moment.

Petra Peyer is a certified breathwork facilitator (400hr Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, and founder of Breath of My Life. With a background in sound healing, Reiki, and transformational guidance, she creates spaces where breath, movement, and soul connection ignite profound inner shifts.

About Sam
Sam Bucher is an exceptionally versatile musician who truly masters his craft and captivates audiences with his playful creativity and refined sounds.
An experienced multi-instrumentalist, he feels at home in many musical styles - from classical to pop, but he most loves playing live and improvising, giving each piece of music his own distinctive touch through his sounds and rhythmic artistry.

What to Bring

Conscious, connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or living with:

🔹 Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy

🔹 Uncontrolled diabetes, brain or abdominal aneurysms
