The trees stand bare, shedding their vibrant foliage, while the earth prepares for harvest, gathering the fruits of its labor. The air, crisp with the scent of fallen leaves, invites us to pause and reflect on the cycle of life—a tapestry woven with fleeting moments.
As we breathe in the beauty of this season, we embrace the truth that every ending holds the promise of new beginnings, and in this dance of life, we find solace in the delicate balance of letting go.
In this special evening class, we combine the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the transformative power of a Soundbath.
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes. This stillness allows the body to gently stretch the connective tissues and fascia, while the mind learns to soften and surrender. It is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner roots.
Sound Healing will accompany the practice through gentle vibrations of instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks (Otto Tuners). These frequencies support relaxation, balance, and harmony on a subtle level.
