• Step into a unique experience that unites live music, vocal alchemy, conscious breathwork, movement and sound healing, inviting you to slow down, reset your nervous system and realign with inner harmony through breath and sound. 
• Guided Breathwork (no experience needed) by Manuel Certified Breathwork Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.
• Guided Sound Bath with live music and voice from MaryNova, Vocal Artist and Sound Healer. www.marynova.io
• After the session, we'll gather for a sharing circle with snacks and drinks — a warm space to integrate, connect and simply be.
