In diesem Nachmittag nehmen dich Serafina, Breathwork-Coach und Bettina, Yoga teacher/Sound healing mit auf eine Reise. Lerne Atemübungen kennen, die dein Nervensystem beruhigen. Bewege deinen Körper mit Yoga und lasse Emotionen nach Aussen kommen. Zum Schluss entspannst du zu sphärischen Klängen im Soundbath. Deep rest.
