Ecstatic Dance ist eine bewegte Meditation, ein Raum loszulassen, um neue Energie zu tanken und dich mit dir und anderen zu verbinden.

Gemeinsam kommen wir an und landen im Hier & Jetzt. Die Musik führt uns auf eine Reise: mal sanft und verspielt, mal kraftvoll und wild, mal ruhig und berührend. Es gibt kein Richtig oder Falsch, keine Tanzschritte, die du kennen musst. Nur die Einladung dich frei zu bewegen und deinen eigenen Ausdruck zu finden.

Die Reise endet in der Stille. Zum nachspühren, integrieren und annehmen.
