Um einen Einzeleintritt einer Vorstellung zu erhalten, geben Sie bitte bei der gewünschten Vorstellung den «Zugangsschlüssel» des Festivalpasses als «Zugangsschlüssel» ein («Zugangsschlüssel eingeben»). Damit können Sie die kostenlose Option «Eintritt mit Multipass» freischalten und benützen. (Bitte konsultieren Sie die Anleitung, falls Sie mit dem Einlösen des Codes nicht weiterkommen. Oder wenden Sie sich an den Eventfrog Support.)

Avec un Multipass, après le début de la prévente officielle, les billets d'entrée peuvent être obtenu en ligne via eventfrog.ch, Eventfrog-App ou aux guichets du festival sans payment supplémentaire. Pour obtenir l'entrée individuelle à une séance, veuillez entrer votre «clé d'access» du pass festival (allemand: «Zugangsschlüssel») sous la mention «saisir une clé d'access» sur la page de la présentation souhaitée. Im Kinosaal gilt freie Sitzplatzwahl. Tickets können nicht zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden. Für Besitzer*innen eines abopass oder einer Kulturlegi sind nicht-kumulierbare Vergünstigungen erhältlich.
Sind Ihre erworbenen Tickets vergünstigt oder über eine Akkreditierung bezogen, nehmen Sie bitte den entsprechenden Ausweis zum Festival mit und zeigen diesen ungefragt beim Einlass vor. Missbrauch mit Vergünstigungen führt zu Konsequenzen.
Als no show gilt, wenn Sie nicht bis Vorstellungsbeginn Ihren Sitzplatz bezogen haben – das Anrecht auf den Sitzplatz verfällt dann.

Free seating in the movie theatre. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-cumulative discounts are available for holders of an abopass or a Kulturlegi.
If you have obtained tickets at a reduced price or via accreditation, please take the corresponding ID / pass with you to the festival and show it at admission without being asked. Abusing ticket concessions will lead to consequences.
It is considered a no show if you have not taken your seat by the start time of the screening – the right to the seat is then forfeited in this respect.
