Combat & Disaster Medicine Symposium 2026

The Combat & Disaster Medicine Symposium 2026 is the annual symposium of the Association of Swiss Military Doctors (ASMD), bringing together physicians, healthcare practitioners and medical students with an interest in combat, disaster, emergency, and crisis medicine.

A special highlight of this year's symposium is a dedicated session on the Crans-Montana fire disaster, where professionals directly involved in the incident will share their personal experiences, followed by an interactive panel discussion focusing on key lessons learned for disaster preparedness and emergency response.

Join us for a day of inspiring lectures, practical training and valuable interdisciplinary exchange with colleagues who share an interest in preparing for medical challenges in crisis, disaster, and conflict settings.

The preliminary programme, including detailed workshop descriptions, can be found in the attachment below. Before purchasing your ticket, please carefully review the attached Registration Information document, which outlines the ticket categories, eligibility requirements, included services, and cancellation policy.
