  • alles über den richtigen Einsatz von verschiedenen Triebmitteln 
  • wie Lagerteig hergestellt wird und zu besonders aromatischen Lebkuchen führt.
  • wie Du Deine Kreationen mit der richtigen Glasur und Dekoration zum Glänzen bringst.
  • Du bekommst 14 Expertentipps für noch bessere Honiglebkuchen.
  • Am 03.12.26 backen wir "Feinste Berliner Nüsse" und "Liegnitzer Bomben".
