The Pour Class is a hands-on cocktail experience for people who want to go beyond simply drinking cocktails and learn how to create them.

Over the course of the experience, you’ll step behind the bar and make three different cocktails, each showcasing a different style and technique — from a refreshing long drink, to a balanced sour, and finally a spirit-forward classic such as a Negroni.

With guidance throughout, you’ll learn the fundamentals of cocktail making, how ingredients interact, and the techniques that turn a collection of ingredients into a well-balanced drink.

It’s relaxed, interactive, and designed to be enjoyed with others — whether you already know your way around a shaker or are making your first cocktail from scratch.

And, of course, we’ll finish with a little surprise.
