☀️ Calm Yoga & Sunday  Walk 🍂

Let’s start Sunday the gentle way — with calm movement, good energy, and nice company.

We’ll begin with a soft Vinyasa Flow to open the body, find your breath, and ease into the day — no rush, no pressure, just mindful movement and a relaxed vibe.

After class, we’ll take an easy walk through Wiedikon toward the lake, enjoying some fresh air, autumn colors, and maybe a little sunshine (fingers crossed 🤞). We’ll finish with coffee or tea somewhere cozy — the perfect time to chat, laugh, and just enjoy the morning together.
