Crispin's Selection Whisky Seminar Series is a recurring program exploring Scotch whisky through focused educational topics and structured guided tastings. In the first seminar of the series, we explore the fascinating relationship between French wine and Scotch whisky.
Through three carefully selected French wine influences and six Scotch whiskies, we explore how the character of a cask can influence the aroma, flavour, colour and overall character of the whisky matured in it.
Please note: All six Scotch whiskies selected for this seminar are peated, at varying levels of intensity.
