A space to pause, reflect, and get creative.

In this workshop, you will create your own vision board. It can be for your summer, a personal project, or simply a way to explore what you want more of in your life right now.

It includes:

  • Guided reflection & imagination

  • All the supplies you will need for your collage: magazines, papers, scissors, glitter etc

  • Tea & Snacks
     

No experience needed. Everyone is welcome :)

The facilitator of this workshop is Helene. She is the founder of a mental health NGO with an academic background in psychology and education. She will bring her psychological expertise to the reflection and imagination part of the workshop.
