Patriarchy is the Los Angeles industrial pop duo of Actually Huizenga and AJ English, exploring sex, power, subversion, and death where desire and fear collide. Since their breakout releases Asking For It and The Unself, Patriarchy sharpened their sound into something harder and more immediate on 2025’s Manual for Dying, produced in collaboration with Twin Shadow. The album drives their industrial roots deeper into dark club territory while amplifying their theatrical edge.
