Am 4. Advent, dem 21. Dezember 2025 findet wieder die Aufführung des Bachschen Weihnachtsoratoriums statt. In den Kantaten 1, 5 und 6 wird die Geburt von Jesus und die Suche nach dem neugeborenen König durch die drei Weisen aus dem Morgenland und deren Anbetung erzählt.


Mitwirkende sind der Evangelische Singkreis Plauen, die Clara-Schumann-Philharmoniker Plauen-Zwickau und die Solisten Friederike Urban, Sopran; Franziska Kimme, Alt; Yongkeun Kim, Tenor und Diogo Mendes, Bass.
