How can I use public box offices?

Alongside presales through your own box offices, Eventfrog lets you sell tickets through public box offices. These public box offices include Liechtensteinische Post, Orell Füssli, SOB and Tourismus Rheinfelden.

How do I activate presales through public box offices?

As soon as you have created an event with ticketing, sales through public box offices are activated automatically.

You will find the setting when editing your event under 'Blocking and presale' → 'Box offices' → 'Public box offices'.

How are sales through public box offices settled?

You receive the revenue directly through Eventfrog. There is nothing extra to set up. The sales appear automatically in your Eventfrog statement and are paid out to you as usual.

What does it cost me?

There are no additional costs for you as the evet organiser. Ticket buyers pay a surcharge of CHF 3.00 per ticket, up to a maximum of CHF 9.00 incl. VAT, when buying at a public box office.

Can I also deactivate presales through the public box offices?

Yes, you can deactivate presales for individual box offices or for all of them by simply unticking the boxes under 'Blocking and presale' → 'Box offices' → 'Public box offices'.

Can I also set up or choose my own box offices?

Alongside the public box offices, you can still choose and set up your own box offices as the event organiser.
