How can I switch to a higher event package?
The switch to a higher event package happens automatically as soon as you select or wish to use a feature that is only available in a higher package. This can occur while creating your event or later when editing and optimising it.
Manual switch in the cockpit
In the cockpit you also have the option to switch your event package manually:
- In the event overview you will find all your events. In the «Event package column you can see which package your event belongs to – indicated by the symbols Free, Plus or Pro.
- If you click on the event package symbol, the package overview will open.
The package overview also appears automatically when you switch to a higher package by using a feature from it. A notification (“fly-out”) will then open on the right-hand side of the cockpit, from which you can also access the package overview by clicking «Show details.

The package overview shows you:
- Which package you are currently in
- Which features are included in each package
- What costs apply
To actively switch package, click on «Select Plus» or «Select Pro». A notification field will then appear, where you confirm your choice by clicking «Switch package.
Note
Switching back to a lower package is only possible as long as no tickets have been sold. Please note that certain settings or features you activated in the higher package may no longer be available afterwards.
