Can I refund a deposit (e.g. for cups) via Cashless?

Yes. If you hand out reusable cups or other reusable tableware at your event in exchange for a deposit and would like to refund this deposit when the items are returned, you can do this via Eventfrog Cashless.

How it works:

1. Create a corresponding product for the return – for example with the title “Deposit return”.
2. Enter a negative amount for the return via the Cashless system.
3. The negative amount can be offset against the purchase of additional products: If the guest places a new order at the same time, the deposit can be deducted directly from the total amount. The remaining amount can then be paid as usual using the desired payment method.
