About the speaker

Violet Lentz bridges the profound realm of deep personal inner work with pragmatic perspectives and a relentless commitment to the results-driven approaches essential in the real world. As a transformative coach and complementary therapist with certifications as life coach, meditation instructor, hypnotherapist, and energy healer, she co-founded Nurturing that has touched lives across five continents.

As an author, her Nurturing book serves as a heartfelt guide to embracing self-care and living a fulfilling life aligned with purpose and values. As an executive and board member, she brings over 25 years of experience in global finance and management consulting across MSCI, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Julius Baer, McKinsey and Marmot Finance. She also serves as an ambassador for Smiling Gecko, a Swiss charity dedicated to uplifting Cambodian communities.

Violet’s perspective is shaped by a rich journey through life’s trials and triumphs, as a South Korea born, Singapore raised, United States educated, Korean-Swiss citizen. She draws her inspiration from her most loving  husband of 24 years, Alain Lentz, and a nurturing circle of family, friends, clients, colleagues, communities and beyond.
