Commencez avec une séance de Pilates qui vous laisse plus forte, plus légère et pleinement présente. Puis installez-vous pour un moment matcha – créations artisanales, fingerfood frais signé La Brasserie d'Estavayer-le-Lac, et un espace pour vous connecter avec d'autres femmes.
