At @bachatacura we like to introduce new ways to enjoy Bachata even more
and to create an even better connection to:
ourselfes, to our mind & body
to our dance partner and people we‘re in contact
to the music
Therefore we combine Bachata with special exercises in breathing, posture, mindset, presence, connection,…
to focus and strenghen the health related aspects of Bachata dancing
So why not combine Bachata with Yoga?
As Yoga contains so many positive factors and a lot of them can be useful in Bachata.
So let‘s give it a try and see what it is going to do with us
You haven‘t tried Yoga before?
No Problem, also beginnend can participate.
You are a Yoga Pro?
That‘s nice, you can focus even more on your body and how it feels to you.
Is it for everybody?
Yes! Especially men are very welcome, as usually more women participate in Yoga courses than men. But believe me, you would need it Event more, especially regarding mobility & connection.
The Location provides Yoga Mats
But if you prefer, you can still bring your own.
