And to consciously decide what we want to carry forward.
THE BREATH OF TRANSITION is a special immersive evening created as a bridge between 2026 and 2027 — combining breathwork, electronic music, meditation, sound and intention into one deep experience.
For one evening, House of Movement will be transformed into an intimate ambient space with candlelight, low lighting, immersive sound and a completely different atmosphere from the everyday world outside.
We begin with Deep Music Listening — an ambient electronic journey designed to slow down the mind and bring attention back into the body.
From there, we move into a guided meditation with reflection, affirmations and intention-setting for 2027.
The heart of the evening is a 90-minute BREATH TRANSITION practice — a psychological and emotional breathwork journey accompanied by carefully selected electronic music.

The journey will continue with a Sound Healing session, allowing the nervous system and body to integrate the experience before we come back together for a light dinner provided by our partners.
