Join us for Initiation Into Tantra - a 2-day immersive journey into authentic Tantra, rooted in its foundational pillars of love and meditation.

Through guided meditations, energy practices, movement and conscious partner exercises, you will be invited to move beyond the mind and into the body - awakening your life-force energy, opening your heart and exploring deeper presence, trust and authentic connection.

This weekend offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the depth of Tantra through direct experience. Whether you are completely new to Tantra or already have experience, you are welcome to join individually or as a couple.

The retreat is guided by Christa Denz & Jos Goossens, teachers of Tantra Essence - the internationally renowned Tantra school founded by Ma Ananda Sarita. A rare opportunity to experience the depth of this authentic Tantric lineage here in Zürich.
